I actually liked the awning before. I think an updated awning would look great on this building. The floor-to-ceiling windows are an improvement though.

For some reason, the old awnings reminded me of a donut shop and the high windows, a pharmacy...I like the redo esp the way they did their signage.

Those two pictures don't tell the whole story... Seeing this building in person it looked completely different and vastly improved.
