I was reading the paper today, and noticed that Moore had rezoned a bunch of land at 34th & Sunnylane from agricultural, to commercial. Now, is it possible that this could be the site of a new shopping center? I personally think it could work, and would be great. SE 34th Street in Moore, from Sunnylane to I 35 is being plastered with new homes now, and the entire Moore-Norman area is transitioning into a real suburb. Is also metro's fastest growing zip code, in Broadmoore (Moore-Norman area by the Broadmoore Golf Coarse, and the Indian Hills CC).

Thoughts?

There was a similar discussion a couple of months ago about the suburban sprawl. I just hope traffic won't make commutes longer. I like how there are not many cars that interrupt traffic flow.

Maybe a real nice appreciation will push me into selling the house. A lot of my neighbors already have.

Tom Elmore lives in the nice part of Moore. Guess where he stands on this issue.
