My Grandmother lived in El Reno, and is burried there, and some of my fondest memories are of Thanksgiving or Christmas when we would drive down from Nebraska for the holidays when I was a kid.

I don't remember where she lived but would like to find that address and drive by just as a good memory. I contacted the utility company and they said even though she's been dead for many years they can't give me that information, why I don't know. Does anybody else have any suggestions on how to find out where she lived? Thanks

How about old Co. Assessor records? You might be able to do a "by name" lookup.

When did she pass away?

There is probably a way to search the Canadian County property records.

Good thinkin', 99! This might help:

Canadian County Land Records (http://www.canadiancounty.org/index.aspx?NID=165)

It was in the mid 80's ... good ideas, I'll make a trip to the Library in El Reno and see what I can find.
