Dang: I just saw this on "TheOgleNewZ9" last night.
(In between Weather/Damage Reports)

Apparently, The Main Ogle (really, his staff) doesn't ever check out The "Nostalgia"/"Memories Of" Thread(s), in here.

Shame on MainTVOgle!
Shame I say!! =)

However . . . (con su permiso, Madame) . . .

I remember the good older days . . .
Especially regarding how cool Lincoln Park/Springlake and the OKCZoo were back in The Halcyon Summer Days of Swamp Coolers out in Shady Nook.

Not to mention, like, way back when you could get a squished penny--re-embossed--for a quarter . . . Or two for "Two Cents" (according to The Ogle). . .
Maybe even an inflated plastic gorilla--for just a little more--at The Zoo.

Having said that . . .
I would encourage and urge that all voluntary contributions to Channel 9's (or what/whomever's) Cause to be placed into The News Helicopter Pilots Fund.

(Geez . . . C'mon . . . Like, even The Ogles aren't aware of this Treasure Trove of Memories and Opinions?
Why, we might even be able to direct Their Local WeatherTeams to where it is raining, flooding, hailing, slick . . . Or not. =)
