Does anyone know where there are working payphones in OKC? I tried a couple locations listed in an online payphone directory and no go on that.

Why do I get the feeling that answering this question might get me added to a subpoena?

Pick any gas station, they virtually all still have pay phones (or at least the ones I frequent do).

Doesn't it make sense for pay phones to be attached to mailboxes? They're both headed in the same direction, at about the same speed.

This is suspicious. Why are you looking for a payphone?

Outside of places like the airport and maybe the Cox and Ford centers I thought they were long gone.

There's a payphone at almost every 7-11.

To call someone maybe?

To call someone maybe?

Surely, there's a few people left who don't want something as dang complicated and full of menus as a cell phone.

Why go on the hunt for the perfect payphone when nearby neighbors have landline phones to use.

Pete, prepare yourself for the forum to be under the microscope of FBI. lol

Maybe some don't like to bother neighbors for something as trivial as using their phone.

I know AT&T has pretty much gotten out of the payphone market. The ones you see now belong to a third party and I would not touch one without one of these.
