Saw the story, and had the same thought I've often had over the past several years - I sure miss Fred Jordan.

And speaking of half-a**ed-ness and non-professionalism in OK, this is a pretty glaring example, sadly.

The majority of the people their are VERY professional. You can't/shouldn't judge the whole office based off a few disgruntled people or mismanagement.

Just because Ballard says they are disgruntled (to save her own behind...typical lame excuse...blah blah blah), does not mean they are disgruntled. The entire agency is screwed. Its not funny. :-/

I KNOW some are disgruntled! Not saying that Ballard is trying to save her own skin or not.
