Looks like the 3 scumbags were bound over for the assault but not the conspiracy (prosecution appealing).

Sounded like conspiracy to me, but hey, this is the same judge that bound over Kevin Rowland for giving a male co-worker a titty twister.
These guys are toast. Too bad (for them, not for justice) they didn't lawyer up with an aggressive lawyer very early on. The DA made a huge mistake initially and had them first charged with only maiming. A good lawyer could have walked them over and blind plead to the maiming charge and gotten a much better (and undeserved) deal for them. It took the DA's office a couple of days to realize the maiming charge was a joke.
