Well, people still need to shape up and give up developing bellies that stick out so big and huge. And stop the dang smoking. Of course, they won't, though. Eating great amounts of high calorie food and smoking, no doubt, brings a great, sense of joy and well being into their lives.

Well like has been pointed out so many times there madmonk, we are some of the most unhealthy eaters in the US. As well as being some of the least likely to exercise. Check out how many people drive from one end of a shopping center to the other the next time you're out.

Change that, and you'll see a HUGE change in how old you or anyone else feel. Exercise and eating healthfully will not only make you lose weight, but it will improve your cholesterol, lower blood pressure, increase energy and sex drive, increase endorphins, correct digestive issues, etc. In general, you're healthier, which makes you happier.

You'd think living in such a conservative state, that this would not be an issue. You know, being that conservatives have self discipline and are much more responsible than liberals.
