Older photographs of the tower in its infancy show windows going up where now is a solid buff exterior, at the top of which is the "City Place" and "UMB" sign. When were the windows covered, and why?

I think there was a section 'added' as opposed to windows covered, but the 'addition' may have covered windows on the East side.

At times, OETA plays a film concerning the Ramsey's. Either the Sr. has something to do with Film Row or owned part of it. He and his son did newsreels concerning events in OKC (provided "search light") for promotions and grand openings. The 2 that stick in my mind was the Colosseum at the Stockyards and an event at the Civic Center. It could have been the opening of. Most newsreel footage was done for Pathe. Their symbol was a rooster and was around from silent films on up. I mention it because there are reels concerning the Ramsey Bldg and work process.

Has anyone given any thought to creating OKC data on the Architecture layers in the Android app - Layar?
