There is a new storage facility going up in front of the apartments on Reno just eat of Mustang Road, just east of Pointe Parkway Road.

That was a very good apartment complex. The area immediately in front of their location just went downhill with the storage facility being built. Now it has an industrial type feel added. I wish something else would have went up there instead.

It's possibly being built by the same ppl who own the Apt complex. The area looks too small and close to the roads to build more apts but they'll make good $$ renting those units to the apt tenants. I'd say it's an efficient use of the land with a good return & little maintenance.

I live in the housing addition right behind the apartments. I bought my house brand new 8 years ago before there was a single apartment or duplex. If I would of known all this was coming I would of looked else where. It's a shame because I really like the neighborhood.
