OKC and Tulsa are the only two warmer weather cities on that list.

Green Bay, Utica, and Rochester strike me as a little rust-belt-ish. Could it be a good place to buy a home because so many unemployed people are unloading them?

I'm not complaining on OKC being on a good list. This one is just a little dubious.

One of the factors the list takes into account is unemployment. Nevertheless, I"m a bit dubious about the significance of all these top ten lists.

I too am doubly dubious.
