I guess you still have to be 21 to buy it. Our local news here in Jax said the biggest problem is that children don't know the difference between this and regualr whipped cream. Here is the deal, if your children can't tell the difference you probably shouldn't have it in the house to begin with. Of course, how big of an alcoholic do you have to be that you can't even have whipped cream without alcohol in it?
