Why shouldn't she?

And she's absolutely right that reform needs to happen. Starting with what's attainable, I'd go with reforming the due process system for all state employees. Set up an administrative court to handle appeals of terminations (taking the burden off of governing bodies like school boards), make terminations presumed to be proper. Eliminate tenure. Get rid of de novo review. Also, let's start talking about flattening administration in larger districts. School districts like OKC have too many high ranking administrators who essentially do nothing. And truth be told, many of them are former school administrators who were promoted so that they could do less harm to children (and firing in OKC is almost impossible).

Would some unfair terminations happen? Oh sure... but nothing different from what goes on in the real world.
