Small samples daily should not induce weight gains. This employee obviously on his own free will without any force from the company ate meals from there. Additionally, it is obvious to naturally gain some weight as the age increase by 12.

Face it, McD should not give him a penny.

This is why I would never vote for a liberal politician--this kind of crap. The fat-boy's problem is called a ..."PIE-HOLE"!!

"A Brazilian court ruled this week that McDonald's must pay a former franchise manager $17,500 because he gained 65 pounds (30 kilograms) while working there for a dozen years."

The 32-year-old man said he felt forced to sample the food each day to ensure quality standards remained high
I guess he wasn't "forced" to sample the salads very often. :LolLolLol

I've gained 20 pounds in ten years. I don't work at McDonalds but just the same, seems like someone ought to give me some money. I mean, it is just insane to think that people would put on weight as they age unless someone did something to them.

If Brazil wants to have bat**** crazy worker's compensation courts (or whatever this was), it's entitled to do it. But what one judge did in a foreign country, for such a small amount of money is hardly newsworthy, and definitely not worth any of you BAAAWWWing about.
