That college is pathetically disgusting. Yesterday they had a home game and I saw it on television...... BLUE! The entire frickin' field is BLUE! Honestly, I believe they are cheating by inducing such psychological effect on their opponents. There should be a rule that states the grass must be green!

I used to feel that way about some folk's hair. Don't worry. You'll get past it with time.

They've had blue turf since 1986, they just had their fourth installation of it in 2008. What is worse is the new red field that Eastern Washington installed for this season.

I watched the game against LA Tech and was amazed at how many penalties were committed by Boise St and how few of them resulted in a flag.

Red uniforms on a red field; blue uniforms on a blue field? Color blindness, anyone? Patently unfair. When your uniform blends into the field it's a distraction worthy of not being voted into the top 5 of the BCS, even if undefeated.

It might even be worthy of a Silliman on Sports column.

I agree. Write the column.
