Hey everyone,

I recently bought a house near OCU (is this considered Midtown? or should I say I live in the Asian District??). It's a 3-bedroom, 1-bath tudor. I do not use one of the bedrooms, so I've decided to go ahead and get a roommate. I'd charge $400 per month for rent, and would split the utilities.

I in my mid-20s, and have a medium-sized dog and a cat. I would like a roommate who is either in school or a young professional like I am. I am okay with either a girl or a guy, and he/she could also have a dog if it's well-trained.

I will probably post on craigslist as well, but thought this would be a better place to begin because many here seem to take an active interest in OKC, and I'd like that quality in a roommate.
