This guy was just arrested at 11:35am(today) in front of Markies for the exact same thing.. I was there.. The arresting officer said he had been let out this morning..

That makes 4 times in the past month.

WTF OKC? Could the police or the City Council let us know how many times it takes to actually stay locked up for something like this?

He should be dumped out where the whores hang out.
