Anyone know of a place like a Japanese or Chinese meditation garden in the OKC area? Maybe even a Buddhist or Taoist temple? Just some place quiet and peaceful to go for some reflective time and meditation.

Any Buddhists or practioners of the Eastern traditions here?

I'm not a buddhist, taoist or maoist by and stretch of the imagination BUT...
if it doesn't have to be a specific religious setting there are many places in
the area that are very quiet and meditative. Try the Rose Gardens at Will
Rogers park. I think there's a stream in the park, too. Certainly in Little
Saigon there's a place. The Lion's Park near NW 24th & N. Classen comes
to mind. The Replogle Mansion @ N.W. 23rd and N. Robinson or the
Overholser Mansion on or near N.W. 14th and Hudson.

Personally, I go flyfishing and meditate on the creation of the True Vine
and the Husbandman.

Try the grotto at Mount St. Mary's.

I've never been there. I bet it's very nice and peaceful.

Hands down is the OUH&SC complex. Try 12th and Stonewall Ave. at the bell tower and walk west. You will find a mecca of relaxation. It's a little known secret.
