That's because the Lakers are the NY Yankees of basketball! Everyone jumps on the bandwagon to see the (once) mighty fall!

When is game six?

Friday night. The Thunder better come out ready to play. They can't keep spotting the Lakers large leads. I still don't understand the coaching philosophy. I game 4 S.B. says layups are good and instructs them to push the ball up the court - Thunder win going away. In game 5 he tells them to be the person that makes the extra pass - Lakers win going away.

Several times Thunder players had clear paths to the basket but opted for 20 foot jumpers - which they missed. I'll make the call again. If in game 6 the first two Thunder shots come from outside the paint without penetrating the lane first - they lose. We will know the outcome in the first 60 seconds.

Is it possible to have at least one thread that does not devolve into a political pissing match?

I have to admit I have not seen any games, but from what I here, the Thunder winning or loosing depends on which Kobe shows up.

Kobe hasn't been near as much of a factor as has been:

will the Lakers take advantage of their HUGE mismatch in the front of the rim. In addition to: can the Thunder take it to the hole and score (or just brick jumpshots) ...

Kobe needs to DISH it to the big men in order for the Lakers to have an EASY win (see Game 5). We have NO ANSWER for Pau Gasol.

Also, why is Krstic in the starting lineup or even the game itself????
