Amazing video coming from the chasers down there. Large violent wedge tornado moving through central Mississippi right now.

Spotters/Chasers estimating pretty wide spread EF-4 damage. Dozens of buildings destroyed on the the path.

With the storm in the pics above, so far it has history of producing tornadoes for over 105 miles now. Not that there was one on the ground all the time, but definitely a significant storm.

Another storm south of this one, about 70 miles south...had a similar history but over a 40 mile path.

Fatalities reported in Yazoo City. On my first radar image, that is the city to the SW of the purple triangle where the name is covered with all the storm chaser IDs.

That tornado looked too uncomfortably like a rain shaft. It possibly could have been mistaken as a rain shaft from people not familiar that a tornado warning was out.
