Anybody know what happened to the Quizno's in NW Norman? Any news on what may be opening in this storefront?

I hadn't heard they went out, but I do know that nationally Quizno's has been feeling the pinch of the recession, as well as a change in CEOs.

I was happy when the Quizno's on Lindsey opened up because the 24th street location was so poorly managed. Many times I'd show up to eat at 11:30am and the store hadn't opened yet. When they were open, the people who worked there seemed genuinely annoyed by the presence of customers.

I do hope the one on Lindsey is able stay open, as I love me some Quizno's...

I love me some Quizno's too. Went to Subway today on 24th. Not anywhere as good as Quiznos. Candice who worked at the 24th Quiznos was always friendly and helpful...she always started making my favorite sandwich when I walked it the door. Hope they reopen.

A good friend owns two Quizno's franchise stores in the Yukon/Mustang area, he says to look for several more store closings but didn't or couldn't give me locations. Apparently theres some type of disagreement between franchise owners and corporation offices.

I stopped at the location at NW 39th and Portland on Sunday and it was closed. Sounds like they are in trouble.
