In the 5th century Patrick set the Irish monks to the task of copying all the great books of Rome and Greece that were being destroyed across Europe by Germanic tribes after the fall of Rome. Ireland single-handedly saved Western Civilization. Celebrate St Patty's Day by reading a book! Copied and pasted from my Facebook post this morning.
