Virgin Mobile acquired or merged with Helio?

Sprint acquired Virgin Mobile and was offering contract phones with contract plans.

Sprint terminated contract plans under Virgin Mobile. All contract phones is useless.

Helio, still a company itself or with Virgin Mobile?

Helio still manufacture the phone, Helio Ocean 2?

I am trying to find more details about this. Not sure if Sprint will start to offer this phone to be non-contract on Sprint or Virgin Mobile's prepaid plans.

Any other carriers support this phone? I want this phone!
