Yes, it is sad to have seen the path he was going down. He and Feldman had reconciled too, here very recently and were actually in public together in a recent episode of TMZ. He must be heartbroken. It will be tough but I'm sure he's ready to close the book on this chapter of his life...

Yeah I find it sad but not at all unexpected. In fact, my first reaction was "wow, I'm surprised he lasted this long." With all the stories of all the drugs he was doing I'm surprised this didn't happen sooner.

Still it's sad to see someone's life taken away at such a young age due to drugs and/or alcohol.
