It looks like a concrete plant has been built on the NE corner of Cornwell and Main Street in Yukon. Does anyone know if it is permanent or just there temporarily?

My understanding was that this was for the widening and redo of Highway 4 from 10th street to Main, and not I-40. And that would make sense due to the distance to I-40 from this location. It was constructed at the commencement of the Hwy 4 redo. Further, a Yukon city councilman friend told me it was for the hwy 4 redo. But, that could all be wrong.

Doh!!! I screwed up on that one!! I had just been sitting at that light the day before and trying to figure out where they were using all that concrete. The I-40 project was the only thing I could think of while sitting there. My bad. Makes much more sense.
