I won't even post this with the YouTube tags because you simply must watch this in HD and full screen. :ohno:

Thanks alot MM. Cool video. I posted this star comparrison in another thread a while back. It really puts things in perspective. It makes me not want to step on ants as much as I used to. lol Who knows.....to some other being we might very well be the ant.

When I am feeling unhappy about getting old, fat, losing my looks, or just generally feeling like a total loser, I always remember just how insignificant I truely am in the larger scheme of things.

Thanks. My problems really aren't that bad lol.

This would make a great "feel good about yourself" video to show new members of weight-watchers.

OMG You read my mind! I was thinking that EXACT same thing, but didn't think anyone would remember/know what I was talking about.

Exactly, but more like how insignificant we all are. After watching that it feels like the entire history of mankind and our planet is no more significant that a mere speck of sand on a huge beach. Even less so.

"Who are we? We find that we live on an insignificant planet of a humdrum star lost in a galaxy tucked away in some forgotten corner of a universe in which there are far more galaxies than people.
Carl Sagan (http://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/quotes/c/carlsagan122799.html) "

On the trip back, at the end I thought it would have been poignant to zoom in on some trivial daily problem that people get worked up over, like traffic or something. :tiphat:

Just what I need...something to make me feel more insignificant. Not really.. I feel like it's all mine. DNA is not so complex.

Thanks. Tends to wash away any remaining sting from being told you ain't nothing more than a pimple on a gnat's arse.

Very nice.

Wonderful. Thanks for the tool to put it all in perspective.
