watching these numbers makes me wonder, is there any info yet on voter turnout data yet?

So far, these seem to be above average..

I think you're right. At the rate of 29,248 votes in with 107 precincts counted, after all 271 precincts are counted my math says that there will be 74,076..at the rate we're going.

Not sure about March 4, but the MAPS and MAPS for Kids turnouts were around 60,000.

I think he had to go use the bathroom. Hasn't updated in 4 or 5 minutes.

I like how much insight this has given us into the personal life of Andrew Speno, considering I don't typically use twitter..

If east/south hasn't reported, it will end up closer than it is now. A key in watching returns is knowing where the votes are coming from, and unfortunately, we don't know.

I am in SW OKC where they said (pre election) the no votes were the strongest and my family and most of the people I know in this part of town voted YES.

Exactly. Although I would guess that the south side precincts would be faster, considering they have less votes to tally. North side is denser and more prosperous, meaning more votes, typically.

I believe it, I mostly see the NTM signs down here and I've heard people talk. I think the farther some people are from the city, the less likely they are to vote for it. I've heard things along the lines of "well we never go downtown anyway and we'd like a reprieve from the high taxes, so its a No." or something like that.

It's not a further from downtown kind of thing, it's a north v. south kind of thing. The southside has always felt detached from downtown and the rest of the city. If you're on Memorial Road you probably go to Thunder games and eat in Bricktown a lot more than someone who lives off of SW 134th, equal distance out.

Although the voting was slow today on the south side (Moore/Del City area). We came in 45 minutes after polls opened and we were only the 15th and 16th to vote. Would the votes come in early if its slow? Maybe the NO'ers are no-shows, which could be a good thing, too. A 5K lead seems good to me...

I think this is based on old info. I don't think there is much of a difference in far NW OKC and Far SW OKC as far as that goes.

They can probably call it just about anytime they choose now. I don't know if 57% will hold, but I do imagine the YES will hold at some level.
