Heard today that McAlisters Deli is adding a restaurant on SW104th and Penn. I hope they are. I absolutely love their prices and excellent food. Sweet tea also.

haven't heard anything. however, 104th & penn is pretty much built up... not sure that there's room for a mcalister's near that intersection. -M

Probably could put something on the south west corner between Sheaffer's home and Penn or maybe Sheaffer could sell some land. I hope not but I suppose something there is inevitable.

On the south east corner there is one out parcel of Chatenay Square just east of the new IBC bank that is for ground lease. I personally wouldn't put a McAlester's there since there is already a Panera but that's just me.

ahh... i thought there was only one outparcel at chatenay. regardless, i agree that a mcalester's just a stone's throw from panera would be a bit of a surprise.

the lot east of sheaffer's home would also be a shock given that i'm pretty certain it's zoned residential.

perhaps there's room between midfirst and sherwin williams?

Wouldn't it have to be west of the car wash, too? I'm not sure about between the car wash and MidFirst. I think I wouldn't put one as far west as Sherwin Williams.

There is a sign on the NE corner of SW 104th and Western that a McAlisters Deli is being built there.

Sweet, about time, I don't have to go to Moore or Expressway to get Mcalister's since I live on South Western!

I saw the sign and didn't realize it would be across the street from my apartment, SWEET!!!!!!!!
