Sad for the grads, and the folks who dinna see the budget issue in time to stave off conducting the most recent academy training, and for the citizens, who paid to train a group of officers who now may well end up serving in other communities.

And at the same time, the Unions in OKC have adopted their ridiculous stance.

Tax revenues are down folks. Cut backs are being made elsewhere. OKC has yet to actually lay off police and fire (but has cut other municipal workers), yet here we are.
