The design for the new Bricktown police substation is cool. It'll have a nice presence in an area that is bound to increase in pedestrian traffic if Steelyard Commons follows through.

What is Steelyard Commons?

Forgive me, it's The Steel Yard (without "Commons"). It's a proposed $12 million retail and office development along and north of Sheridan in Bricktown. I believe it's lead by Robert Meinders. One of the candidate proposals for developing housing along "The Hill" portion of Deep Deuce would be connected to it, although the developers are separate entities.

Have any renderings been released for The Steel Yard?

I think they're available through the Oklahoman's archives. Search Meinders, Steel Yard, hill. There are three candidates for the residential development, and one of them shows the plan for northern Bricktown.
