Hi, I am looking for any info anyone might have on gyms/health clubs in NW OKC. I have 2 of the 24 hours ones by my house, Anytime Fitness, and Flexible Fitness (both on Hefner & Rockwell) and Aspen is close also. Does anyone have any experience with any of them? Or any others in the area?

I have been walking on my treadmill @ home--but would like to add weights to what I am doing and know I need some guidance for that. I have never been a member of a gym before and am really not sure what to look for exactly.
