That's the rumor going around today.

Can anyone confirm?

Well as far as I got a tweet about it, now about 24 hours.
I heard that it was closed to change concepts, then I heard its closed permanently under last management.
I believe a co owner passed sometime back.
Can anyone else clarified or add to comments?

Apparently, Isis is closed also.

Wow. I wonder if they tried to sell it on the open market before shutting it? Hopefully Paseo will pick up some a new business to replace that niche soon.

Esp if Sauced continues to struggle.

From what I understand from a friend that worked at Isis, the owners of both places owed a lot of money in back taxes, so the government closed them down.

Wow, that blows. Oh well, I hope everyone will cross fingers in hopes of a new owner and a vibrant new business in that great building.

Living in the area I hate that the two places closed. They will be missed greatly. What do you think should replace them. I think Isis is classic and should remain unchanged, if that's possible....
