thought it was pretty awesome he allows viewers to come visit the studios anytime and has a coffee shop that gives away free pastries and Starbucks coffee, etc.

For those of you not fans or not familiar, I encourage you to click on the "free cars" video.

My brothers office on the same floor as Dave's. I've been there and it's quite
an experience. I think Marilyn runs the coffee shop!

Live debt free!

I am in the process of paying off my fair share of stupid taxes. As soon as their paid, there will only be a house payment and utilities. That is it nothing more. Closing the credit cars and paying cash for cars and everything else from now on.

That's the best thing you can do. We have credit cards but pay them off
at the end of the month. Prunette has found some cards that pay us for
using them and the rates are low.

One thing about traveling, rent a car! It's less expensive in the long run and
you don't put the miles on your car.

I am trying to sell the wife on that as we speak. She is from Kentucky and wants to drive her Camry up there and back.

My choice is an economy/midsize rental. That way the gas is cheap and a back up car will be brought to us if we have a mechanical break down somewhere along the way.
