I've heard rumors that the Oklahoma Health Care Authority is going to relocate to a couple empty warehouses at Oklahoma and 12th. I don't know much about that location, but I know OHCA has about 600 employees that would be commuting there and eating around there every day. This could be big for surround restaurants and businesses.

Anyone have thoughts?

I'm not sure. From what I heard, a two story red building and a white building. Don't know much beyond that. Apparently they're going to build a parking garage somewhere in the vicinity because there obviously isn't enough parking for 600 employees.

OHCA is on Lincoln Boulevard in Lincoln Plaza, right next to that abandoned hotel they've been "renovating" for some time now.
