I noticed that Italian Express at 120 N. Robinson is moving into the old Carl's Jr. spot. They are set to open in September. This should be a good move because they are often at capacity for lunch.
The Hallmark is also in the process of relocating to Taylor's previous spot.
I also noticed where the Park Harvey Sushi and Spots Bar is set to open tomorrow.
