Very interesting and innovative concept!

Rand continues to impress with his out-of-the-box thinking.

And of course, OKC would be the perfect place for such a structure.

While the shape isn't exactly great through my eyes, it is a great idea, and I would love to see it here.

He probably got this idea based on this building, planned for Dubai, New York, and Moscow, I believe.

Would be a cool sight to see along with the new Devon Tower. OKC needs something like this with an observation deck.
