My fiance and I had out cake maker back out on us for our Aug 1st wedding, I was just wondering if anyone had recommendation on a place to get it made. (Ruth's is booked and Brown's bakery will not work with out time constraints) Thanks in advance.

Amy Cakes she works out of her home in Norman but sells to bakeries all over OKC and Norman. Her number is 405.360.1131. She has a website but I don't remember the address but I'm sure you could get it from her. She's really great.

Oh, and she did our wedding cakes. Awesome.

Mine was done by Johnnie's Sweet Creations. The cakes were fantastic, but we had a little bit of an issue with the delivery and set up people.

Our cakes were done by a place on about NW 16th & Portland, but the name escapes me. They were great.

A Sweet Celebration in Moore, off Eastern & 12th looks to have some good cakes. You can look at pictures of many of their cakes on their website.

I agree that Amy Cakes and Johnnie's are both good choices! I've had wedding cake by both recently... both were quite yummy and beautiful.

There are literally hundreds of places in the metro that do wedding cakes, it's all about personal preference, and budget. Maybe if you specify what type/style of wedding cake and budget, we could better recommend. You might also try the local wedding magazines for recommendations as well.
