That's a great find, also. Thanks for the addition. While there were a few articles I omitted from inclusion on the list, I'd love for everyone to post articles they feel paint OKC in a bright light. As a compilation of accolades, this thread could become a referencing point for OKCTalk members who wish to cite articles to back up their optimistic assertions.


okc has alot going for it right now, and it seems like tulsa is getting some notice as well, what a great time for our state.

I guess I was just "going through the motions" and not really paying much attention to the year. That's a good catch. Perhaps, the moderators can do some editorial work on my behalf; it wouldn't be the first time. :smile:

There was one about the NBA in OKC, but I decided not to post it because it seemed to subjective. I'm not against subjective evaluations of a city; I just feel numbers hold more weight and add a little extra credibility to the article.
