I watch Allegiant's site (http:Discount Flights and Vacation Packages | Airfare & Hotel Packages from Allegiant Air (http://www.allegiantair.com)) for the latest press releases and airfare deals. I figured I'd share this one with y'all.

At this price, instead of going to Dallas or KC for a weekend trip you could go to LA. Pretty good deal.

Unfortunately, that deal was for yesterday only. Oh well... :)

I was going to say---if this were offered on a regular basis, would you have to bring seat cushions and a spare carabiner for the seat strap?

I've flown with Allegiant 3 or 4 times. Their prices are awesome when you catch a sale (which isn't hard to do). And they are very efficient and friendly.

It's good to hear. I'll keep my eye open for the future.

Springfield, MO is an over four hour drive from OKC according to Google Maps. However, if you don't mind the drive and really want to go to Florida, you can get nonstop Springfield to Tampa tickets for $29 one way on select days. I like how you can see how much each day's ticket is worth too.

$29 Wichita/Vegas nonstops are offered on select days too. But, again, check it out every day if you're interested because they change a lot.

If you can leave Wichita on the 18th to Vegas and come back early on the 21st, you can go 79 pp out and 29 pp coming back. Not a good week for me, but not bad on the price.

Depart Saturday, June 6th from Wichita for $29 to Los Angeles. Come back on Wednesday, June 10th or Saturday the 13th for $59.
