Does anyone know whats going in on 39th Expressway just east of Rockwell next door to the Children's center? They recently tore down the retirement village that was next to it. I know the Children's center has plans to make a medical campus but don't know if that is included?

I saw a story on this on NEWS 9. They are tearing the building down because it is in bad shape. The center has not made any plans for the space as of yet; however, they said it would be reserved for future expanison space of the childrens center.

I've heard of a car dealer.

The Children's Center in Bethany owns the property and plan to build a medical campus there in the near future. For the time being, they're just going to sit on the property.

I'll check into that tomorrow morning.

We had an onslaught of new posts here last night and early this morning by a new poster, so I'm just moving the more recent posts to the front page.

I'm sure it will be for their campus as I am confident another car dealer will not move in
