I don't think that this has been posted here, but I did see this on OKC Central (http://blog.newsok.com/okccentral) Blog and thought it was worth watching the Mayor on national Tv news.

Here is the direct link = Bloomberg News (http://www.bloomberg.com/avp/avp.htm?N=tvtoday&clipSRC=http%3A%2F%2Fvideo-static.clipsyndicate.com%2Fcs-video%2Fvol2%2F2009%2F2%2F20%2F58%2F351%2F7a8fcc99-a221-4b3c-a889-902c73cfc32b.flv)

It is only about 3 minutes long but it is has some good info and publicity about Okc from Mayor Mick.

Great video, good PR! Hopefully it will help drive more business to our state during this economic recession. One of Mick's better interviews.

Also, he really has become a real advocate of cities and their issues. His comments on the current and former administrations were very interesting also. Good to see he's going to work hard -- with Mayor Daley -- to connect with Obama.

Helps that he worked in television for a number of years.

I could be wrong, but I don't think we have term limits for City Councilpersons' and Mayor.

That is what I was thinking too. I hope that is true, because I think it will be hard to replace Mick especially in the PR department.

Mick really does a great job at selling Okc and making you feel good about the direction that Okc is heading.

He makes me want to live there, oh wait I already do.

I hope not, as I want to eventually one day.
