it looks like the shopping center and hotel on the site of royal rock plaza will not be developed as planned, the entire land is now up for sale in sections by royal rock property owner.

it looks like they are selling off large land infront of 19th street, maybe they will still do the shopping center further back?

This was on there website right after the plans were announced. I think this is just how they are selling the parcels. I see nothing that would lead me to believe the plans are off.

okay good, i just noticed the property for sale today when i went to check to see when they where going to build this..I wish they would let us know when or time frame
