Only another week or so until they are unveiled.
I'm kind of suprised they haven't been leaked yet. Any speculation on what they will look like?
I'm sure someone out there has used the colors to come up with some sort of design.
Don't hold out!

12 days later and still no leak. I think the previous leak was on purpose.

I think I've seen the lettering. The home unis are white with Thunder in sky blue outlined by orange-red, in a "varsity" type lettering. The away unis are sky blue with navy "varsity" lettering. But, no clue as to whether there will be trim around the neck, arm holes and shorts or not, or whether the logo will be visible somewhere.

I believe the unveiling is on the 29th.

Shouldn't the main uniform color be white for away games?

No, white is the primary color for the home uniforms. The road uniforms are colored.

It's the other way around in football.

I've always thought that was kind of odd.

I'm hoping the away ones say OKC, and not Oklahoma City.

I think they say Oklahoma City. That is, if what I've seen is real.

I think the uniforms need the basic "OKC shield" logo on the chest and "Thunder" on the edge of the shorts. IMHO, that's where this logo is headed, anyway. The "OKC" part will be what's remembered and "Thunder" will be an add-on.

I would like the OKC with the Shield on the front and the Thunder with the Number(s) on the back. A lightning bolt on the edge of the shorts.

So video game designers knew what the uniforms would look like months ago? I doubt it.

Those are not our uni's... Those screenshots are from NBA LIVE 09 and supposedly NBA 2K9 is the only video game this year with the correct logos and uni's..

I wish those were the uni's. They are simple with decent side piping and "OKC" across the chest. I hope we don't do like they did with the Hornets "Oklahoma City" jerseys. Those looked very amatuerish

I'd like to see OKC as well. I don't think we need to spell it out. After all the Sonics' publicity the past two years, I don't think there are too many basketball fans who wouldn't know what OKC stands for.

Nice.

How cool is it to see "Oklahoma City Thunder" next to "Chicago Bulls" in those video game graphics?

Yes, it seems to be gone. News travels fast, I guess. You would think by now the Thunder management would realize that it's impossible to keep a secret. Better to have a quick press conference the minute you've got something in hand.

Since they seem to have stolen our Thunder (sorry for the bad pun), I'll describe what I saw. These were home unis, so white. They had a v-neck with navy and orange-red striped trim at the neck and bottom of the shorts, as well as arm holes. Then there was a sky blue "dickey" at the v-neck. The front of the jersey had Thunder in fairly simple font, sky blue (can't remember if it was outlined with red-orange or not). There was a sky blue stripe down the side of the jersey and shorts, about two to three inches in width, with orange-red piping. On the blue stripe at the bottom of the shorts was the logo.

It's hard for me to visualize it with my description, but it looked closest, to me, to the Cleveland Cavaliers away jersey. They looked really good, which is a relief, and I actually liked to color combination and juxtaposition.

well hell... Not much help there. If someone comes across a screen shot, save it and post it, and if not, I can hold out till monday I guess.

The logo looks kool on the court. It's not that bad and I'm already used to it.

Amazing to see how quick OKC Thunder is added to the new NBA basketball game (tv console game) already.

looks like a copycat of the Hornets jerseys minus the hornet and the small honeycomb patch.

Most of the NBA unis are variations on a theme. Round or v-neck, wide stripes, skinny stripes. Usually, though, when the team has tried to be creative, disaster ensues. The Wizards away unis come to mind first, but there are multiple other examples.

I really dislike the Hornets new unis: sky blue with purple pinstripes.

Give me a classic look like the one the Thunder will be wearing anyday. It pulls all the colors together in an interesting way, and I actually, for the first time, like the logo superimposed on the blue stripe.

Here they are. Home are pretty sweet. Away are pretty lame. Thoughts?

I really, really like the home jersey, and I like the away jersey. I think the blue color of the away jersey will really stand out when they're playing, similarly to how the teal Hornets' uniform did.

Always the pessimist...

I like them both, but I prefer the color juxtaposition on the home jerseys.

SAW the away uni's last night at the Wizards game, they suck. The Oklahoma City looks small and ameturish, NOT an NBA look

I love the home unis. I'll get my daughters' opinions on the away ones, as one of their Christmas gifts was tickets to the Bulls-Thunder game Jan. 10. They both consider themselves fashion arbiters, so I'll be interested in their opinion. Now dcsooner, you have to agree that they don't suck as badly as the Wizards away unis:)

Betts, I agree, just expressing a little frustration. With all the negative comments I have made about the teams performance since yesterday's game, I am NO LESS happy to have an NBA team in my home State, supportive of the ownership and the team. I am a THUNDER FAN albeit a frustrated one right now. GoThunder!
