Does anyone have any recommend locations for a single senior (my mom) who is looking for an apartment or condo in a senior community? I am not looking for an assisted living or nursing home. She is completly independent and lives in an east side suburb. She drives to the I-40 and Meridian area for work and the increased cost of gas is getting more than she can afford. We are considering anywhere in W. OKC, Yukun, or S. OKC or even downton/midtown. Any recommendations would be great.

If she is considering an apatrtment, I would recommend Autumn House in Midwest City at 500 Adair Boulevard if she meets the moderate income guidelines. It is located near I-40 about a half mile north of the Main Tinker gate and they are doing major renovations. The phone number is 732-0644.
