Sorry I didn't post this sooner as I've been meaning to. Tonight is a city code enforcement workshop. I went to the last one and I definitely recommend you attend as well as any home owners associations that you know. It is a great way to get plugged into how the city works, how to report code violations, and how to improve your community. They have workbooks and other materials on who you should call if a street light is burnt out, and other various common problems that generally get neglected in many areas of our city.
