Texas gets the top spot, no surprise there, beating Virginia, which as last years' #1 on this CNBC ranking.

Yeah, I was misled on that too. Good to see we're improving but we're still in the bottom half. We need to keep on keepin' on.

I would love to see the State/City really work on this area to bring in business.
