The address is listed as 614 NE 6th St (in a caldasac east of Lincoln off 6th) and it is of a very interesting architectural style. The county assessor lists it being owner by a Clint Spencer and it was built 2005. Does anyone know anything else about this or him? It seems kind of an odd place for a home like this. I have attached a link to the picture off the assessor.

Also, FYI..........this house is up for sale on the market right now. I believe it's just south of $300,000. The owner is going to use the sale money and buy another lot downtown and build another modern style house.

Looks like it is $395,000. County assessor lists it as $225,000.00 Interesting to see the differences. Probably because of the surrounding areas.

I think he built it for about $170,000 including the land.

I dropped by the place last fall and wrote up my own impressions:

This is a particular style of modern modular that is very popular on the west coast and a few places in the west such as Colorado. I'm surprised to see it here but hope someone will decide to do a bit more of this type of thing.
