Surprisingly, it's tough to find this information on the internet.

For those of you that live down there or have recently looked, what is the going rate on a 2BD/2BA apartment at:

The Legacy
Park Harvey
The Montgomery
Regency Tower
Deep Deuce
Sycamore Square South

Also, I'd be curious to know the rates for a 1BD/1BA unit at the same properties.

Not sure how up to date these prices are but this is what I've found:

Regency Tower:

Regency Tower Apartments - Oklahoma City (http://units.realtydatatrust.com/UnitAvailability/default.asp?fid=31884&ils=420)

Looks like they run about $910 - $945 for 893 sq ft

I guess it wasn't as hard as I thought. :) Thanks Karried.

I called Sycamore Square and they quoted $880 to $1050 for their mid-sized 2BD/2BA units.

That seems like a pretty good deal considering they are 1,250 square feet and come with a covered parking spot.

lol, it's obvious I spend wayyyyyyy too much time on the internet!

(and I used to be a Realtor so I remembered some places when checking on rents for clients).

That's not legacy at arts quarter... Its way outside of downtown. Hence the cheap rent. I think Legacy is pushing 1300 for a 2 BD.

I Pay 935 for a 2bd/2ba at Deep Deuce. I think its up to 985, though.

A lot of cities have sites where a person can go and get all of the pricing for urban properties. I remember our discussing this here and there was a post listing examples of these sites in different cities. I just did a quick search but couldn't find it.

But you're right, Pete, it's hard to get info about these places all in one spot.

Does Sycamore Square have a flat utility rate? Or is it bundled into the monthly rate? Or are bills not paid?

The Regency Tower rate is all bills paid...but garage parking is $65/month.

My wife and I came this >< close to renting a 2bd 2ba there. They are nice units.

Some of us downtowners have been trying to work on a "one stop shop" for downtown rentals", but haven't got much cooperation out of property owners, etc. as it stands now. Too bad, considering it would only help them out in the long run. I imagine someone either Urban Neighbors, Downtown OKC, or someone will have a site up before too terribly long.

Yes, it would be great to have one website with all the information consolidated.

And not just for the larger complexes but also the smaller places in and around mid-town.

Such a site would really aid in getting more people to move to that area. As it is, you have to just drive around and write down phone numbers.

We do not pay for garbage or water service, but we do pay electric and gas.

I know at The Montgomery that a 1BD/1BA with 938 sq ft is $1050/mo. Plus they have a flat rate utility fee (electric, gas, trash, water) of $150/mo and the parking garage is about $58/mo. I believe the utility fee for a 2 BD is $200 and a smaller 1 BD is $100.

Wow. I love the thought of living downtown and all... but I'll stick to the suburbs.
