Has anyone seen the sign for this on SE 15th and S. Douglas? It's right behind the Valero and across the street from that gated housing addition? I've tried looking the stuff up online, but nothing turned up.

To answer the orignal question - from what I know it is supposed to be an office park of up to approximately 20 different buildings varying in size. The area is to contain greenbelts and tie into Pablano & Backyard Burgers/Nicks. The site is presently obtaining fill dirt to raise it out the flood zone.

Thanks Drake, I can only read/see so much of the sign while i'm driving by on SE 15th. But this will be a nice addition to that area. I remember when it was a driving range. I hit a few balls on their "Million Dollar Hole-in-One" games they would have sometimes. I use to live in the white house next to what use to be Straighorns Nursery, now TLC. I hadn't realized how much Midwest City was progressing and advancing in real estate and business centers over on that side of town. Now, if only the golf course would come up with some plans to "revitalize" that area. I might just call the guys over there.. see whats up, see if I can't stir something up anyways.

It may still a little while before much happens on the project. That land needs quite a bit work and it is always a slow process with the city when it comes to moving around the dirt in regards to drainage and such. All of the driving range was located in flood zone.

I have seen the architects renderings and it looks like a very nice project. One of, if not the nicest, business developments that have been done out here on this end of town.

Seems like "Venice Community Business Center" might be more appropriate given the need to stem back the flood waters. Or you could go with "20 on the Levee" - it has a ring to it. Developers have no sense of humor.

Land... so much to go through, land studies, EPA, City and County... a lot to do just to bring something new to the table.
