Just moved to town. There was a club where I'm from that I was really happy with. No sign on the door, dim lighting, big couches and hip trendy atmosphere. Friendly service and chilled atmosphere .The music was eclectic with sounds from Zero 7 to Moby. Is there anything like that here in your great city that would be close to that vibe. A dance floor would really top it off. Thanks for the help folks!

Try "XO Lounge" in the basement of the Colcord Hotel on a weeknight. On the weekends it will not be what you are looking for because it takes on a much more high-profile atmosphere.

I was going to recommend Maker's in Bricktown, but it is a little more upscale, a little pricey and they play jazz....so I guess it is not what you are asking for at all...except for the chill atmosphere and dim lights.

Try LIT next to the Bricktown Ballpark. it caters the trendy crowd, or at least it used to.

I have been to the 51st Speakeasy just south of I-44 and west on 51st Street and can say that is a really cool place. They expanded next door to have a stage for a band and another bar. Also, it is split to smoking and non-smoking which is great for a non-smoker like me.

Rococo is your place.

28th & Penn.

The food is great, scotch list is expansive, they have live jazz there some nights -- and yes -- couches.

If you're 40 or older, you might give the bar at the Waterford a shot. Real nice place, live jazz, a little more mature crowd.
